Angela Medvedeva holds a PhD in Neuroscience and over a decade of experience in research on human health, having led and participated in several international collaborations aimed at the enhancement of brain function.

She was a recipient of the NIH NLM Biomedical Informatics and Data Science Training Grant and is an alumnus of NASA's STAR space biology program. She was previously invited to present her work at Kings College London's neuroimaging seminar series and at the HHMI Janelia campus workshop for theoretical biophysics, and she has presented her work at these events as well as national and international conferences in biology, psychology, and neuroscience.
