Ron Judd
USN (Ret.)

Ron started his career serving in the US Navy Nuclear Power Program on board multiple classes of Naval Submarines. After 20 years of military service Ron joined General Electric and held multiple roles of increased responsibility. As an executive leader he led the Global Operation and Maintenance business, a $500M P&L in which he led a team responsible for operating and maintaining 15GW of Customer gas turbine assets across 17 countries. He also led a $350M Steam Plant Valve business, operations for Long Term Service Agreements, and multiple project management & continuous improvement roles. In addition, Ron was the Sr. Vice President for Bombardier and was responsible for the $1B P&L for all rolling stock rail and systems projects in the Americas.

In the last 4 years Ron has been successfully supporting clients as an executive consultant in improving day-to-day operations, process management, continuous improvement and strategy setting. His expertise has ensured extremely positive results in many different product lines (renewable energy, broadband fiber optics, sea-going containers and wireless infrastructure).

Ron resides in Tennessee with his wife, Sue, and recently became a grandfather. Ron is a certified Master Black Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA.
